Harley Pasternak’s Breakfast Smoothie

- 5 raw almonds
- 1 red apple
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cups of nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of nonfat milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- I used a little bit of stevia too
Blend it all! I cored the apple and added a few ice cubes too!
It tastes like an apple pie in a glass!
Green Monstah Smoothie:
- 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup of vanilla almond soy milk
- 1 cup of spinach (more if you’d like)
- 1 frozen banana (or other fruit, but then it won’t stay green)
- Additional ice if wanted

MARINATED GRILLED MUSHROOMS

Mushroom Skewers Recipe
4 servings
1/2 tablespoon harissa
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms, halved lengthwise
Whisk the harissa, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano together in a medium bowl.
Add the halved mushrooms and toss well to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or Preheat the grill, if grilling.
Thread the mushrooms onto presoaked bamboo skewers. Roast them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or grill them, 5 minutes per side.
